I’m elbow-deep in troubleshooting the 1st of the 2 LFO’s. It is oscillating fine, and is even outputting the various waveforms that it should be capable of with gusto. But the Frequency pot isn’t adjusting the frequency. Fortunately, the generous exports at Muffwiggler are assisting.
Additionally, the IC’s for the Phase Shifter arrived from China, and fortunately they worked! The Phase Shifter is working now as well, bringing the total of working modules up to 9 of 16 now!
I moved a power supply and several store-bought modules into the 3-row rack and removed the non-working modules to make room for them. With the Mutable Instruments Shades, Plaits, Tides, and Marbles, as well as the Make Noise Dynamix and 2hp MIDI added to the Pharmasonic Noise/Ring Mod, S&H, 2 VCA’s, Multi, Mixer, ADSR, Amp/Envelope Follower/Integrator, and Phaser, the resulting hybrid system is capable of some impressive sounds already.
